Thames Care at Home is our new domiciliary care service, providing compassionate support and personal care to local people who have a palliative diagnosis and need urgent help at home.
With one-to-one personal attention, from perhaps a weekly visit and up to several visits a day, our care is built around you and your needs by our team of highly skilled carers.
We offer:
Thames Care at Home is open 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Referrals can be made for Thames Hospice patients by our clinical team and also through your hospital team at Wexham Park Hospital. This service is for residents registered with an East Berkshire GP.
