If you think you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please talk to your doctor, community nurse or social worker. There is a rapid and uncomplicated referral process for medical professionals to follow. Don’t forget, we’re a charity and all our services are free.
If you have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, you can also refer yourself to our services using our online referral forms.
