Our Management Team lead a group of more than 200 staff across the organisation, specialising in a variety of fields; including palliative medicine, therapies, fundraising and retail.
The Trustees have responsibility for directing the affairs of the charity, ensuring that Thames Hospice meets its strategic objectives whilst complying with charity law and the Charity Commission requirements.
Our Patrons and Ambassadors help us in many ways: spreading the word about our work; giving their time to our patients and families; attending events and fundraising to help fund the care we provide.
Our fundraising representatives will be at shops and visiting local communities to raise awareness of our charity and share ways in which you can support us. Each representative wears an ID card with their photo and ID number.
Thames Hospice is an extraordinary place to work and we are proud of all our staff who, together, make a significant difference to the lives of local families every day. We offer a wide range of rewarding roles, with an emphasis on support and progression through training and professional development.
