Our Management Team lead a group of more than 200 staff across the organisation, specialising in a variety of fields; including palliative medicine, therapies, fundraising and retail.
The Trustees have responsibility for directing the affairs of the charity, ensuring that Thames Hospice meets its strategic objectives whilst complying with charity law and the Charity Commission requirements.
Our ambassadors help us in many ways: spreading the word about our work; giving their time to our patients and families; attending events and fundraising to help fund the care we provide.
Thames Hospice is an extraordinary place to work and we are proud of all our staff who, together, make a significant difference to the lives of local families every day. We offer a wide range of rewarding roles, with an emphasis on support and progression through training and professional development.

Read storyWe rely on the generosity of our amazing community, whose support enables us to provide the best possible end-of-life care for local people. It costs £12 million every year to keep our Hospice running - through charitable support we need to raise over 50% of the funds required annually to provide our services free of charge, 365 days a year, to the people who need us most.
We’ve never needed you, our wonderful supporters, more than we need you today. Please donate what you can to help keep hospice care available for those in desperate need.
