Thames Hospice is delighted to announce the grand opening of its new Bracknell store on Friday 9 November at noon.
TV star Sue Holderness will cut the ribbon at our brand new store in the heart of Bracknell's shopping centre, along with the former Mayor of Bracknell, Councillor Mrs Tina McKenzie-Boyle. Our special guests will be joined by Hospice Ambassador and day therapies patient Carol Ellis, as well as one of our nursing team.
Julie Rowley, Director of Retail at Thames Hospice, said "We are thrilled to be opening the doors to our new store in Bracknell. Bracknell is in the heart of our Thames Hospice community and we can't wait to be back in the town having traded here for many years before the regeneration. We look forward to welcoming all new and existing customers to our beautiful new store on 9 November."
The shop will stock pre-loved ladies and men's fashion, childrenswear, accessories, homeware and gift products - including books and audio. In addition, the store will be selling new goods such as candles and scarves, together with Christmas decorations and cards ahead of the festive season.
At our official launch day customers will be able to soak up the celebratory atmosphere with refreshments and a slice of our celebration cake, and browse the new store at their leisure. After Friday 9 November, normal trading hours of 9.00am-5.30pm Monday Saturday will apply.
Welcome to Thames Hospice. We will keep you up to date with the latest news and updates about our work and fundraising activities.
