Dinner and auction raises over £10,000 for Thames Hospice

The Windsor support group for Thames Hospice, in conjunction with Meat at the Parish restaurant in Windsor, held their annual dinner and auction to raise funds for the Hospice on Thursday 8 November. Over 40 guests enjoyed a superb dinner, along with wine donated by Boutinot Wines, Fells Wine Importers and Italian Continental Stores of Maidenhead.

During the evening a very well supported auction took place with some fabulous items raising terrific sums on the night. The monies raised from the ticket sales, raffle and auction amounted to an incredible £10,500.

The Windsor support group said "We are indebted to all those who attended the event and contributed so generously, to the wine suppliers who sponsored all the evening's fabulous wines and to Leo and Annalise Charmantas and all the staff of Meat at the Parish restaurant for a truly memorable night."
