Thames Hospice is delighted to announce Rosemarie Ford, actress, singer, dancer and television presenter, will cut the ribbon on its new Gerrards Cross store. After ten years of successful trading in Packhorse Road, Thames Hospice will be moving to a much bigger and brighter home on the other side of Gerrards Cross High Street.
The grand opening will take place at 12b – 12c Pilgrim House, Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross on Friday 26 June at 10am. Transformation of the new store is well underway, and the team are now starting to put the final touches to the new store.
Annie Campbell, Interim Director of Retail at Thames Hospice, says, “We are so excited to be moving and delighted Rosemarie Ford is opening our fantastic new home in the High Street.
“We are very grateful to the Gerrards Cross community for their loyal support over the last ten years. Our wonderful following has meant we have now outgrown our current home. We are so thrilled to have found a new space in Gerrards Cross, on the other side of the High Street from our current home.
“Our new store is substantially bigger and will allow us to offer a wider range of preloved fashion, homeware and selection of upcycled furniture.
“This exciting move marks the start of a new chapter, bringing greater opportunities to support our community. To make it a success, we're looking for additional volunteers in a range of roles, as well as donations of preloved fashion and homeware to help fill our expanded shop.”
Welcome to Thames Hospice. We will keep you up to date with the latest news and updates about our work and fundraising activities.
