2024 has been packed with so many achievements, milestones and meaningful moments. Together we have made such a difference to our community, the numbers speak for themselves:

• 5,164 Counselling session to support patients
• 1,512 sessions to support our patients' wellbeing
• 13,595 Hospice at Home visits
• 15,635 calls answered on our 24 hour advice line
• 272 inpatient admissions
