Christmas is one of the busiest times for the Hospice at Home team. As other hospital services reduce hours, patients can deteriorate quickly and families can be left feeling helpless.

Hospital can seem like the only option but there, visiting hours are short, and precious family traditions can slip away. That’s where we step in – day and night. We bring expert medical care, emotional support, and comfort into the home, so patients can stay where they belong.
