We are recruiting for a Visual Merchandising floor manager for our shop in our Dedworth Shop which is a modern store full of pre-loved items.

So, yes, charity retail. Its not what you think for a start. Not for us anyway. Firstly, we only sell fashion and home furnishings that are right on trend and stores are set up to compete on the high street with anyone else. 

We are looking for someone who has the ability to effectively supervise our fabulous team of volunteers, create attractive and interesting displays whilst maintaining high standards and excellent Customer Service and Merchandising skills.

You will have an enthusiastic attitude and demonstrate willingness to role model our core values and behaviours.
