We are recruiting for a Retail Manager for our vintage & retro shop in Windsor, a shop full of pre-loved items.

We are looking for someone who is customer and commercially focused, creative and sales driven and can work with a close knit friendly team. The ideal candidate should have a recent background in a fashion retail management role, with experience in delivering targets and objectives, along with the ability to effectively manage a team of staff and volunteers, whilst maintaining high standards of excellent customer service and visual merchandising skills.

No two days are the same, this role involves manual handling, lifting, carrying, sorting, displaying and presenting stock showing items and the store at their optimum.
