Thames Hospice are looking to recruit a part time Team Administrator to support our Living Well service based at our beautiful purpose built Hospice on Bray Lake in Maidenhead which is a stunning working environment.
This is an exciting opportunity and one that the successful candidate could really shape and make the role their own to help support and develop the services of the Living Well team.
The ideal candidate will be take pride in their work be reliable, sensitive, conscientious and a well-motivated person, who is able to take responsibility for their actions and make a valuable contribution to our team by ensuring the smooth running of the reception.
You should be enthusiastic, an excellent and confident communicator in person, by phone or by email you will be able to liaise with staff, volunteers, patients and their families as the first point of contact with strong organisational and IT skills, you will need to be able to remain calm and in control under pressure with a ‘can do’ attitude.
