Thames Hospice is one of the biggest and most innovative hospices in the country. Our state of the art building is on Bray Lake, between Windsor and Maidenhead. We offer care for families at their moment of crisis at our 29 bed in patient unit, through day services and in their own homes.

Thames Hospice has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to be part of the IT team at our beautiful office in Maidenhead.

As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, assisting on projects and other activities to deliver an exceptional level of service to the Hospice.

The IT team focuses on providing a customer service centric approach to the delivery of support services and this role is a key visible component of the service delivery. This role will work closely with not only the rest of the IT team, but also members of staff and 3rd parties to build, maintain and support the systems used across the Hospice.

£24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Fixed Term Contract (12 months)


37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday will need to be available for critical OOH calls
