Thames Hospice Care Team is a service aligned to Thames Hospice Community services, we are looking to recruit HCA’s for our nightsitting service, you will play a vital role in helping our patients by reassuring them and providing some much needed company.

As a Health Care Assistant (Nights) you will work 9 hour shifts from 10pm until 7am at the patients home to provide respite for families and provide direct care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in caring for others, will be compassionate, sensitive, flexible, reliable and professional.

  • Sunday shifts are paid at time and two thirds or £18 per hour
  • Shift pay work, you will be paid from the start of your shift until the end, not on the number of patients visits
