If you would like the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of our excellent and high quality care through the continued development and provision of evidence-based, relevant and timely education and training for our teams and for health and social care professionals working across our community then this role is for you!

As part of the Education Team, working within our People Services, you will support the maintenance of the clinical skills required to support high quality end of life care; to deliver education and development programmes across our teams and services, and into the wider care community.

The post holder will have current healthcare professional registration, be educated in palliative or end of life care, with recent relevant clinical and teaching experience, and holding a teaching qualification.
