We are currently recruiting experienced Clinical Specialists to join our busy Palliative Care Response Team, to assist in providing care for patients requiring end of life care in their own homes.

In this role, you will work across a locality to provide individual care, including symptom control with the support of a Staff Nurse or Health Care Assistant.

You will be an experienced nurse or Paramedic, but the experience of community working and palliative care is not essential.

If you are looking for part time hours or nights only, please get in touch as we would be happy to discuss what else is available and find the perfect match for you.

Thames Hospice is looking for an individual who can connect with our values and are driven to provide the best service possible for our patients and families.

We offer a great range of employee schemes and benefits, including generous annual leave, free parking on-site, discounted meals in the on-site cafe, EAP, access to NHS pension scheme if eligible, Blue Light Discount Card and so much more!
