More about you

We recommend at least a two year gap between a close bereavement and starting to volunteer within the Hospice. We will contact you to discuss on receipt of your application.

Health/disability

Volunteers from overseas (Non-UK citizens)

This may not preclude you from volunteering but we need to be aware of your resident status. We may be in touch to discuss your resident status.

Referees

As part of your application, we require the details of two referees. Your referees should have known you for over two years, be able to vouch for you, be over 18 years of age, and should not be related to you or live in the same household. We will only contact your referees once you have been offered a volunteer role.
