From 2024 this event has been organised by the Bracknell Charity Cycle Ride (BCCR) committee supported with the help of many volunteers. Since 1983 the Three Counties Cycle Ride, originally organised by Bracknell and Easthampstead Rotary clubs has raised well over £500,000 for many local charities.
