Where can we stop for refreshments?
There will be 2 or 3 designated pit stops available for each day of your cycle. With healthy snacks and sports nutrition as well as the much-needed cakes and pork pies, there really is something for everyone.
What if I need medical assistance?
Medics will be positioned at base camp, along your route and at all pit stops should you need.
Paramedics will also be available in cars along the routes, just a phone call away.
What if I break down?
Friendly mechanics will be available throughout the event to assist you and your bike.
You will also be given the number of a roaming mechanic, should you need assistance between water stops.
For anyone who can't make complete their day's route for any reason, a bus will be available to transport you to back to base camp.
Will there be signposting?
Definitely! Chaperones will also be joining the ride - experienced cyclists who's responsibility it is to help keep ou motivated and ensure you make it back to base camp each night.
