Get ready to dive in as our annual Open Water Swim challenge is on the horizon, and this year we’re turning up the excitement with a brand new distance of 3km added to the challenge line up. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or try something different, there’s now an even bigger way to make waves for Thames Hospice.

Early bird registration opens in March, and we’ve got a great incentive for those ready to dive in early. Register before 1 March and get an extra 10% off our early bird prices!! 

Our open water swim challenge has a range of distances (500m, 1km, 3km, 5km, 10km and 10km team swim). This challenge is open to all swimmers whether you are a seasoned pro and can manage longer distances or you have only swum in a pool before but always fancied dipping into open water. Not only will you be swimming in tranquil surroundings, but also engaging in an activity that has so many incredible health and wellbeing benefits.

All participants will receive a swim hat, medal and free hot drink on the day.
