Donations will be charged at your donation amount plus one standard network message and will be billed through your phone provider. Please ask the bill payers permission.
We partner with Donr for the processing of donation by text message. How they collect and use your personal data is set out in their privacy policy and how Thames Hospice uses your personal data is set out in our privacy statement.
Thames Hospice pay Donr for their services from the text donations we receive. This fee is 5% plus VAT. This means that if you donate £5 we will receive £4.70. If you fill out the gift aid form in the follow up text to your donation, this will increase to £5.95.
