Stars to speak at Eton Christmas Service
Thames Hospice will return to Eton College Chapel this Christmas for a special service lead by the stars.
Broadcaster Jonathan Dimbleby and actor and comedian, Tim Brooke-Taylor OBE, will be guest speakers at the festive fundraiser on Wednesday 14 December 2016. The Tamesis Chamber Choir will lend its unique musical accompaniment to the night of festive readings and carols, which starts at 7.30pm.
Alison Evans, Thames Hospice’s Head of Community and Events Fundraising, said: “We are honoured to have such incredible support from our star speakers. We don’t get to put this concert on every year, nor in such a prestigious venue, so please join us for something truly memorable in the heart of the community we support.”
Joining them on the night will be our Chief Executive, Debbie Raven, and members of the Thames Hospice clinical team, alongside our Ambassadors, Jason Bevan and Kate Stewart, and The Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Councillor Sayonara Luxton.
Tickets cost £30 per person and include a glass of bubbly and canapés. All funds raised through ticket sales, will allow us to provide local people with quality of life, until the end of life, throughout Christmas and beyond. For more information or to book, click here.
