Thames Care at Home

Thames Care at Home is our new domiciliary care service, providing compassionate support and personal care to local people who have a palliative diagnosis and need urgent help at home.

24-hour telephone advice & support line

We provide a 24-hour palliative and end-of-life care telephone service to give advice to people with palliative care needs and their families, as well as to healthcare professionals who need guidance and support on delivering palliative care.
