Retail Supervisor

£17,784 per year (pro rata), actual salary £10,670 per year

(plus enhancement for Sunday working at 1.66/time plus two thirds)

Part time, 24 hours per week (includes Saturday and Sunday on rota)

We are recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join the team at our relocated Home store in Maidenhead.

The ideal candidate will have recent background in a furniture/homewares retail management role with experience in delivering targets and objectives, along with the ability to effectively manage a team of staff and volunteers, whilst maintaining high standards of excellent customer service and visual merchandising skills.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and demonstrate willingness to role model our core values and behaviours.
