Retail Manager

£22,140 per year (plus enhancement for Sunday/bank holiday working at 1.66/time plus two thirds)

Full time, 40 hours per week (includes Saturday and Sunday on rota)

Permanent

Location: Dedworth, Windsor

Closing date: Monday 29th April 2019

You will be responsible for a thriving Thames Hospice retail shop, where you will be expected to manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise profits to meet set targets and objectives.

You will maintain a well presented shop to create a clean and vibrant environment for both your team to work in and your customers to shop in.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to working in a creative environment, able to inspire a team to build respectful relationships with the local community whilst role modelling Thames Hospice core values and behaviours.
