Retail Assistant Manager

£18,680 per year

Full time, 40 hours per week (includes Saturday and Sunday on rota)

(plus enhancement for Sunday working at 1.66/time plus two thirds)

Location: Dedworth, Windsor

We are recruiting for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join the team at our shop in Dedworth.

You will assist the Retail Manager in a thriving Thames Hospice retail shop, where you will be expected to supervise and lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise profits to meet set targets and objectives.

You will maintain a well presented shop to create a clean and vibrant environment for both your team to work in and your customers to shop in.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to working in a creative environment, able to inspire a team to build respectful relationships with the local community whilst role modelling Thames Hospice core values and behaviours.
