Retail Assistant Manager

£18,680 per year (pro rata) (actual salary £11,208 per year)

Part time, 24 hours per week (includes Saturday and Sunday on rota)

Plus enhancement for Sunday working at 1.66/time plus two thirds

Location: Caversham

We are recruiting for a Retail Assistant Manager for our new shop opening in Caversham which is a modern store full of pre-loved items.

Recent fashion retail background is required, along with the ability to deliver income and profit through effective management of staff and volunteers, whilst maintaining high standards of excellent customer service and merchandising skills.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and demonstrate willingness to role model our core values and behaviours.
