Gift Aid ItI want to Gift Aid my most recent donation and any donations I make in the future or have made in the past 4 years to Thames Hospice. I am a UK tax payer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all of my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

The address details that you have for me are my current home address details.

Please note that for your gifts to qualify for tax relief, you need to be paying 25p in Income or Capital Gains tax for every £1 you donate.

Yes No

Regular payments are taken by Direct Debit by Charities Aid Foundation on our behalf. All funds are received by Thames Hospice. This is our preferred way of receiving donations as it keeps our administration costs low so that more of your donation is spent on hospice care.

We will start processing your donation once we have set up the Direct Debit with your bank. It takes approximately two weeks to set up your direct debit. Your payment will be taken on or around the 15th of each the month.

You should expect to receive an email or postal confirmation from Charities Aid Foundation within 1 working week. Your letter will contain a reference number for your payment.

We'll send you a confirmation letter via email or post and would like to keep you updated with the latest Hospice news via our newsletter, depending on the preferences you choose on the previous page.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Charities Aid Foundation will notify you ten working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Charities Aid Foundation to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given at the time of the request.

If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit, by Charities Aid Foundation or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Charities Aid Foundation ask you to.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
