Angie Best to help launch new Henley shop

We are delighted to announce the launch of our Henley store on Friday 1 December 2017 at noon... just in time for the town’s festivities.

Model and fitness guru, Angie Best, will cut the ribbon on the contemporary new shop at 27 Duke Street, Henley-on-Thames, alongside the Mayor of Henley, Councillor Kellie Hinton. The store will stay open until 10pm as part of Henley’s late night shopping evening and Christmas light switch-on.

Not your everyday charity shop, it will offer customers a contemporary shopping experience, and Julie Rowley, our Director of Retail, said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Henley shop, with help from our very special guests. This is an exciting opportunity for us to expand our unique portfolio of shops and we look forward to welcoming customers to browse our quality range of donated goods and new products.

“The money generated in store allows us to care for more people this Christmas and beyond, so we hope you can join us to celebrate our launch. If you can’t be with us on the day, please do consider donating your pre-loved items or volunteering for us – whatever you can spare is invaluable to us.”

The shop will stock pre-loved ladies and men’s fashion, homeware and gift products - including books and audio - together with beautiful upcycled furniture pieces. In addition, there will be a children’s department and a concession of new bags, scarves and accessories, together with Christmas decorations, cards and jumpers ahead of the festive season.

Please join us and enjoy a celebratory glass of bubbles and slice of launch-day cake.
