Choosing your leaf

The colours of the leaves on our Memory Tree reflect the vibrant all-year round colours of the trees surrounding the Hospice and Bray Lake. You can create a unique dedication to your loved one by engraving their name on a leaf for the Memory Tree. Every donation received will help us to deliver the very best care for our community.

We offer a limited number of decorative rocks at the base of the tree with space for an expanded dedication.

Renew or keep: Your leaf or rock will remain on the Memory Tree for one year, after which time you can choose to renew and continue your donation by completing the form below, or ask for your leaf or rock to be sent to you to keep.
