We are inviting you to enjoy a fun-filled family day at our annual Summer Fair on Saturday 29 July, from 10am-4pm.

Taking place at Thames Hospice Home, on Fairacres Industrial Estate, in Dedworth, the day will feature supercars, entertainment from Britain's Got Talent Bell Ringers, Gay and Alan, music from solo songstress Anna Nightingale, face painting, and refreshments - including a delicious BBQ. Plus there will be a raffle with fantastic prizes donated from local businesses, such as a private family ski lesson at the John Nike Centre, Bracknell, and a meal for two at The Runnymede Hotel.

The Home store team will also welcome special guest, Pam Gruhn, Chief Executive of Frenchic Furniture Paint, to officially launch the new range of paint available to customers in store now. Thames Hospice Home has become an official stockist of the popular furniture paint, which is used to upcycle furniture in the store's Home Studio. Guests will have a chance to meet Pam and speak to the Home Studio Team about using the new paints. Entry to the fair is free, and the store will be trading as usual.

Julie Rowley, Director of Retail, said: "The retail team is very excited to once again be hosting the Summer Fair, which to get bigger and better every year. On the day, there will be plenty to keep children entertained while the adults enjoy a fabulous shopping experience. We are overwhelmed by the support we receive from the community and we are holding this fair to thank our loyal customers and raise even more money to keep the Hospice running."

Thames Hospice Home is always looking for more volunteers and, on the day, you will also be able to find out about the variety of roles on offer; including Retail Assistants, an Upcycling Assistant and Summer Retail Assistants. The hours are very flexible and all expenses are covered.
