Thames Hospice appoints new Director of Retail

Thames Hospice has appointed Annie Campbell as its new Director of Retail, effective immediately.

Annie will lead the charity's retail operations as it embarks on the next phase of its retail strategy, driving growth and generating vital income to support hospice care across Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire.

Having stepped into the role of Interim Director of Retail in February 2026, Annie has provided outstanding leadership, guiding retail teams with commitment, compassion and professionalism during a period of transition.

With more than 25 years of experience in charity retail, Annie has held several senior management positions throughout her career. She has been part of the Thames Hospice team for 11 years, where she has made a significant contribution as Head of Retail Operations.

Speaking about her appointment, Annie Campbell said: "I am delighted to be appointed Director of Retail and to continue working with such an incredible team. Over the past 11 years at Thames Hospice, I have seen first-hand the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and the difference our retail operation makes to the care we provide. Every donation, purchase and volunteer hour helps fund vital hospice services for local families. I am excited to build on the success we've achieved together and look forward to leading our retail teams into the future."
