Thames Hospice invites you to take part in Berkshire’s biggest Santa Dash on Sunday 5 December 2021. Commence the Christmas season with family and friends by walking, running or prancing through the enchanted Swinley Forest in Bracknell.

Dashers can choose to walk or run a 2k or 5k route, or a more challenging 10k running route. Once everyone has crossed the finish line, the celebrations continue with festive fun to entertain the whole family, including a Christmas café and Santa’s grotto. The charity is also encouraging supporters who cannot attend or do not live locally, to take on their own Santa Dash on a route closer to home.

Alison Evans, Head of Community and Events Fundraising, said: “This year our Santa Dash is going to be bigger and better than ever before! We really missed not being able to host our Santa Dash last year, so we are so excited to get together with our community again for our favourite festive event.

“Every penny raised will help families facing a terminal illness get the care they so desperately need.”

Registration is now open with a special early bird offer running until 31 October: £15 per adult and £5 per child. After this date, entry will cost £20 per adult and £7.50 per child. Entry fee includes a Santa suit for adults, and reindeer antlers and flashing noses for children. Every participant, whether you’re a Santa or a reindeer, will receive a medal when they cross the finish line, and dashers that raise over £250 will receive an exclusive Santa Dash hoody.
