Clinical Specialist - Rapid Response

£33,176 - £44,647 per year

37.5 hours per week (over 3/4 days)

We are currently recruiting Clinical Specialists for our 24 hour telephone advice and rapid response service for people facing the end of their lives in their own homes. We are looking for enthusiastic registered nurses or registered paramedics who are passionate about providing excellent care to people when they are most in need. While this is a responsive community service, we give the time and care that each patient at the end of their life deserves.

You will have experience of working with patients at the end of life, but you do not need to have experience of palliative or end of life care in a specialist setting. We will provide you with the training and support, and you will be working in a close knit team that has experienced multidisciplinary team support.

This service is provided over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will be required to work shifts that will include night shifts. You should also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car.
