Assistant Facilities Manager

Up to £30,000 per year (pro rata)

Part time, 22.5 hours per week


Location: Windsor

These are exciting times for Thames hospice. We have planning permission for a larger purpose built facility due for completion in 2020, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a developing business that supports people in the local community.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager for our busy and expanding facilities team. You will have experience in Health and Safety management and delivering training, as well as the ability to manage a small maintenance team. A qualification in Health and Safety and a willingness to undertake additional training is essential.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and must be well organised with the ability to meet established deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager or Facilities Coordinator (with IOSH or NEBOSH) to take that next step in their career within facilities management.
