What better way to stay fit during isolation and support Thames Hospice by challenge yourself to complete 50 miles throughout the month of March. You can run, jog or walk the 50 Miles. The decision is yours.

The goal is to do the 50 Miles over the month of March – it’s that simple. It’s up to you how you complete the challenge you could do 2 miles a day, averaging at around 14 miles a week however or you might choose to do a couple of longer walks/runs a week instead of going out every day. Do what best suits your lifestyle.
